Winter Wonderland

I didn't sleep well last nite b/c my wife was up about a thousand times to go pee. The unfortunate result of being pregnant. I dragged my lifeless and sleep deprived body out of my warm bed to battle the 7 degree weather and nasty roads to make my spin class. The class was all hill intervals. Kicked my ass. I finished off 1.5 mile brick run afterward. Decided to work from home today instead of battling a 2 hour usually 1 hour commute. It been a very productive day.
