Welcoming the new tribaby

Well for those of you who haven't heard my wife and I recently welcome our new tribaby into the world. She is wonderful and mom is doing well. Its definitely an adjustment for not only for tricasting and working out, its a life adjustment. So you may see some change in the upcoming weeks with the show release or regularity. Once life settles down a bit

We have been sleeping but only in 2 to 3 hour segments which is pretty good forher but add a 10 hour workday and house work...your not really left with much time on your hands but its should losen up soon or later. We have to adjust with her.

On a seperate note, I am working on the latest show to be launched hopefully this week. I have a stellar interview with Dane Rauschenberg,  Runner / Motivational Speaker who in 2006 registered a marathon a week. He is a  great guy, wonderful personality and a pleasure to speak with. Check him out at http://danerunsalot2.blogspot.com/ and pick up a copy of his book "See Dane Run". Can't wait for you guys to here this interview.

Final note I am revising my workout schedule again and looking to possibly hire on a coach to get me back into some type of competition. I have a meetup with swim coach to hopefully get my technigue and runners kick straighten out. I got some new gear to try out and review. And i finally am getting my orthodics adjusted so i can start over compensating for my foot roolout (supination for the clinical geeks)

Looking forward to a new breath of life with my new family and hopefully keep you guys informed along the way. Thanks for listening and Keep Tri-ing
